About — Ralph Pedersen Portfolio

I’m a senior designer and art director with over 11 years of experience working across a range of creative environments. I’ve helped launch global advertising campaigns for some of the world’s biggest brands, produced award-winning work and built impactful branding and visual identities for a range of clients. In recent years, I have led major design projects whilst overseeing other designers.

I currently work at T&P, where I work across brands such as Argos, Toyota and Mars’ full portfolio of 40 brands, becoming the brand guardian for one of its biggest accounts – M&M’s. I shape creative output from concept through to execution and am highly skilled across the Adobe Suite, Figma and AI tools, with a growing proficiency in 3D design software.

I thrive in both collaborative and independent roles, known for delivering high-quality work under pressure with calm, organised professionalism. Clients and colleagues alike value my approachable, solution-focused attitude and ability to adapt quickly to evolving creative challenges.
